Returning to Normal—What to do first?

A One Family Practice

A One Family PracticeWith Florida already in phase one of the reopening process, businesses are putting up their “open” signs, doctors are seeing patients again and we are thinking of the ways to return to our normal schedules. It may seem overwhelming. Should we go shopping for home goods? Go get our hair trimmed? See family members and friends? Is any of this even safe to do right now?
It’s important to know what to prioritize and what should be left for the future. Even though we were able to do telemedicine while in quarantine, there are things we were unable to do like get our bloodwork done. This is a great opportunity to do that and see a general practitioner about any concerns we have had these past two months. Many doctors have waiting lists, so now is the time to call them and see when they have the next time available. If you are looking for a new general practitioner or do not have one yet, we recommend visiting A One Family Practice.
